Had a wonderful 3-night stay in a Premier Twin Room where the highlight was the delicious complimentary fruit platters and the nice Arabic coffee offered daily. The gardens were peaceful, with cozy seating and a lovely fountain to relax by after a long day. One downside was the limited afternoon lounge hours, but overall, we had a great time! 🌟

Location just a minute's walk from the mosque entrance makes access incredibly convenient, especially for those needing quick access. The breakfast spread stands out as lavish and diverse, catering well to different tastes during the stay.
Check-in dragged on for two hours, with repeated assurances that the rooms were being prepared while guests had to wait in the lounge. One of our rooms was not properly cleaned, resulting in a messy situation with dirty cups and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been attended to before our arrival.

Proximity to the female entrance was a major plus, just a quick 2 minutes away. The check-in was seamless, and we were treated to a complimentary breakfast while our upgraded room—a suite with two bedrooms—was prepared. Housekeeping provided consistent service, delivering Arabian coffee and dates to our room daily. However, the fire alarm malfunction caused a panic during our stay, and maintenance noise disrupted our sleep on a couple of mornings. Despite these issues, the overall hospitality felt warm and genuine.

will certainly stay here again
The Twin Room was comfy with air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. I loved the complimentary toiletries and the cozy seating area. The staff were super helpful, and it was just a quick 5-minute walk to gate 25 of the mosque. Breakfast spread was delicious with fresh fruits and tasty pastries.

great spot near the mosque with excellent hospitality
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially because of its amazing location just a short walk from the women's gate of the mosque and the top-notch hospitality that made me feel right at home, with staff serving complimentary Arab coffee and dates daily. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the spacious room that allowed for a comfy retreat after my city explorations, but I did notice the check-in process could use some smoothing out.
